Commerce transfers goods from manufacturers to consumers. It ensures the flow of goods from the producer to the user.
The two main aspects of commerce are trade and aids to trade. Commerce has a wider connotation than trade. Trade refers to the buying and selling of goods. Aids to trade includes activities like transport, banking, insurance, warehousing, advertising and communication.
