Capital structure

What's the definition?
The mix of long-term debt and equity used to finance or capitalize a business enterprise. This may include long-term debt, common stock, preferred stock, warrants, pension, and lease liabilities. A capital structure that is leveraged more has a greater proportion of debt versus equity.
