What's the definition?
Someone who buys shares of a company when the stock looks to be underpriced, and takes profits when the stock appears to be overvalued. A value investors buying and selling decisions are typically determined by using various forms of fundamental analysis. The Price/Earnings Ratio is a key valuation measure used by value investors.
