This book is an excellent source for information and guidance. The book covers everything from why you might consider an outsourcing initiative at all, to how to plan and implement a successful outsource initiative with advice from today's best and brightest, and a no-nonsense guide to managing the people process too. It provides the most recent survey information from companies who have succeeded, and companies who have failed, and why. This well thought-out book offers a wealth of information and insights in a straight-shooter format.
