1 out of 5 starsThe books seems like a copy., 2008-09-29
This books really disapointed me. For the price it should be a great book but it seems like a Xerox copy. I needed it as a textbook for a class. If it was not for that I would never buy it.

4 out of 5 starsVery good article but the delivery was not on time, 2008-02-10
I receive a very good article ( new book as I ordered but i got the book 10 days after the delivery date). So, if you can make your delivery on time it will be better.
Thanks

1 out of 5 starsGood Book, Bad Quality!, 2008-02-05
Unfortunately I ordered this book with 8 other books, and when the package finally arrived in Greece, DHL called to inform me that my package has been withheld by customs! After some hours going through Greek bureaucracy and spending 60 euros extra on handling costs, I open up the package thankfully all the books I ordered are inside. Enterprise Resource Planning is an amazing book, but the quality of the book they sent me was way below average. The paper resembled scrap paper and the printing was very bad, I can barely make out the images and the tables.

I would recommend you buy this book from somewhere else since I have seen copies of better quality.

4 out of 5 starsEasy read, 2006-12-05
This book was required for my ERP/SAP class at my university for an Information Systems BS. It was easy to read and to the point. Many charts are in the book to display the information. It describes the many processes and requirements for ERP systems.
