still waiting. Din't receive this book yet. Can't rate it, 2008-10-13
Please it's been weeks and I'm still waiting for this book. All other orders where received in good condition but for the cover of the ONE MINUTE MANAGER that was bad. I'm satisfied overall with what I received, but very disappointed about this particular much needed book that I've not received; nor have I received any note stating the reason for the delay.

The semester is 1/3th gone, if the book is not available, I expect AMAZON to notify me immediately please. Thanks.

Terrific book! Not your regular textbook., 2008-09-30
I do not have a lot of time because I am in a masters in education program so I will be short and to the point. This was a required book for a class, but I was quite pleasantly surprised to discover that this book is actually quite well written. Some parts are even amusing. As I said, not your regular textbook! It is also chock full of pithy quotations. Enjoy!

Textbook, 2008-09-11
I actually was very disappointed with this purchase. The book was an international version that stated right on the back of the book was illegally imported if purchased in the US or Canada. However, when I was shopping for the book, I never saw any indication that this was an international copy. The actual book looks completely different from the US copy in the picture. I think this was deceiving, and I would hesitate to purchase another textbook online.

Great Resource, 2008-09-08
I really enjoyed reading this book. The principles are relevent to todays workplace. I plan on keeping the book as a reference after graduation. Our class dose not use the CD which is included, so I am unable to rate it.
