An editor would have been a worthwhile investment, 2008-07-20
This book is so haphazardly (dis)organized, poorly edited and incoherent that it's really not worth getting.

Clearly the author knows a vast amount and surely he has written other interesting and worthwhile books, but this is not such a book.
