Good learning tool, 2008-06-03
If you want to learn quickly about the SEC, then this book is it. It gives you a great overview of the SEC, the beginning, the rules, the laws, the acts, an everything in between. I had to read it for an ethics in accounting course, and i read it in 3 days, it was pretty simple to read.
