As good as it gets, 2006-12-31
This is an excellent tome ~ up to date (mid 2006) and attractively written, although because each chapter is witten by a different local group, you have to get used to their individual styles. Notwithstanding, the quality of knowledge was consistent throughout. It looks expensive but represents value for money.
