Not impressed..., 2007-08-10 This book was pretty ridiculous. I find Harper's character very unbelievable and contradictory. After specifically stating that she is not one to whine in the first part of the book, Harper spends THE REST OF THE BOOK WHINING! Also, there is no way that she would have gotten all googly-eyed over Matt when all he said was that he liked her for who she was not despite it in her living room, after she had spent so much time being so suspicious of him, and then starting the deluded thoughts of dating and falling in love the next morning! And she was such a b**** to Sean, if I were him, I would have told Molly to f off. And, no 35-year-old blonde woman says like and acts like a teenager like that, no matter how ditzy she is. I have never met a guy in my life who could put up with that level of idiocy. Plus, how is a 35-year-old going to pull off that she is an NBA dancer? No one would believe that for a second. Harper is also really immature, which I find hard to believe from a woman who is partner at a law firm. Despite a few funny parts, the whole book was very unbelievable, especially Harper's character who was kind yet a total snob, funny yet without a sense of humor, and a very book-smart person, yet a total idiot when it comes to life. Don't waste your time.

Hated Harper, 2007-07-02 Ok, that's it. I started this book liking it but around the time when the plumber comes to her apt, I threw in the towel. She is so stuck up and annoying. The dates as a dumb blonde were sort of funny but I think the use of the word "like" was a little overdone. You can be a dumb blonde without having to say the word "like" every two seconds. And she complains about having no man but when she goes to her firm dinner at the beginning and Matt treats her really nice and compliments her, she just acts ungrateful and snobby. I found her too annoying to finish this book. I know it's just fiction but I just couldn't deal with Harper's "theory" anymore!!

Very Enjoyable!, 2007-06-26 I picked this up because of its title and it sounded like a fun read. Since I have brown hair, I really wanted to know what the author meant by "The Blonde Theory". I loved her last book "How to Sleep with a Movie Star" and had a feeling I would enjoy this one as well.
This was a great read, and I could barely put it down and I don't like to read that much. Very enjoyable - awesome characters - Can't wait for Harmel's next book! She's off to a great start with her writing career! I know she will go far..

Sooooo Predictable!, 2007-06-24 I didn't enjoy this book. Harper Roberts is just plain annoying, stubborn, egotistical and hard to get along with! I don't like reading books where I can tell what's going to happen two-thirds of the way through. I forced myself to finish it.
