Great resource !!!, 2007-11-20 Great book. Looks pretty comprehensive. Well organized. Lots of material. Good for those who need to read up on particular topics. And, since there is a new edition every year, it is up-to-date. Great for older practitioners like myself who are not familiar with more recent developments.
