5 out of 5 starsGreat Book, 2007-02-23
This is an excellent primer on a very complicated, but increasingly popular, form of real estate investment. The author clearly understands the relative risks and benefits of TIC deals and explains the key issues in everyday language. Real estate investors considering 1031 like-kind exchanges would be well served to read this book.

5 out of 5 starsVery Helpful, 2006-05-08
I am going to invest in a TIC and bought this book. I found it helpful and written in an easy-to-read way for a complicated subject. I feel like I understand what I need to know about TICs. I have done a 1031 exchange before but anyone who has not will benefit from that chapter, too. The book had some practical advice.
