Good Supplement, 2010-02-07
This book does a pretty good job reviewing the main concepts, plus it's a quick read, but it lacks a few details and clinical correlations that are important for the shelf and board exams. I recommend this only as a supplement, and not your main source for studying for an exam.

Good board review and a refresher for your course, 2009-10-29
This is a good book if you know the material and just need to review the big pictures for the board exam. It will not do as a stand alone text for learning neuroanatomy, especially not in medical school, but is a great companion to the course.

If you want hi-yield facts then this is the book for you. The book is clearly written. Useful for any graduate/undergraduate neuroanatomy text or for a medical school neuroscience course.

I highly recommend this book,I didn't buy the newest version,
but it still contain the essesnce high yield concept.Thin,so easy to carry.It's also great benefit for me .

you need to own a copy of this book.
