New book in great condition. Delivered quickly. The book did not come with a 3-ring binder. So basically the book is several hundred unbound pages which are already hole-punched.

More is Less, 2008-10-06
As a graduate student in library school, I found this publication to be way to detailed for a course that is an introduction and overview of the process.
