Excellent and Informative Approach To Exit Strategy, 2008-02-09
I work as a business growth advisor to main street and middle market business owners. After being recommended this book by a great attorney and exit strategist, I began giving it to each of my clients as a reading assignment. Most business owners are so tied up in the day to day, they never stop to think about an exit strategy. This book is a great primer for the 55 year old company founder who realizes that retiring is more than just an estate plan and really wants to "Exit" in style.

A Must Read for the Small Business Owner, 2006-07-19
As a CPA focusing on small business consulting, I recommend this book as a "must read" for any business owner that hopes to find a solution to his or her business succession concerns.

The bottom line is: If you want to get "something" for your business you need to start planning for your exit NOW and you need to read this book.
