4 out of 5 starsGreat Book!, 2008-12-22
Honestly, this is the best book I've ever read on
self-confidence.
It really helps and doesn't waste your time by useless
talking. Each chapter takes around 15 minutes to read but
I think exercises take some more time.
I'm going to read it again and again, many helpful lessons
are there.

5 out of 5 starsVery well laid out, 2008-11-02
I must say that I really enjoyed this books presentation and evolution of the concept that it presented. I really have to say I had low expectations of this book. I really didn't believe in a lot of the claims of this book till I hit the first couple of exercises.

You will really get to know yourself a whole lot better by the end of this book and I think that's the major jist of where this book was trying to take you. I would definitely refer it to a friend.

it tells you somethings that you can do which are really helpful. The tips that you get from it are not all necessary

2 out of 5 starsOnly for phD student studying "confidence", 2008-05-22
This book talks on all the types and definitions on confidence. If you want to write an exam on confidence, get this book. I could not read more than half of this stuff! :-(....For me it was too much of theory.

5 out of 5 starsAwesome!, 2008-01-07
This is one of the best books I've bought in a long time, and I buy a lot of books! Tim Ursiny has a really interesting perspective on how to build confidence. This book is not full of the obvious or "common sense" stuff, but instead is really much more in depth. There are exercises after each chapter that you figure out just how to relate the lesson to your life. This book isn't just for someone that is struggling with confidence, but for someone that really wants to take a healthy level of confidence to the next level!
