This book does not go into enough depth. The information is superficial at best. Perhaps her next book will give more information.

A MUST-HAVE!, 2007-12-18
NO book gave the SPECIFICS regarding the conditions for a collector to commence a lawsuit.
This book did just that.
Also, she gives an inside scoop of how nasty collectors usually are, which prepares you very well.
Another point, she lays out consumers rights and how YOU can get the collector on violations!
A VERY easy to read and easy to understand guide.
Dont talk or write to a collector without reading this book!
I want to thank the author SOOOO much for writing this book!

Author's goal seems to be explaining why she lost her job at a collection agency and unintentionally shows exactly why. She knows nothing about the field.
