Very Disappointed, 2010-03-08
I am very disappointed in the supplier I purchased my book from. First of all I was expecting to receive the book within a week, just as I have done with every other purchase I have made through Amazon or Ebay. When I did not receive the item, I contacted the seller twice to inquire about the tracking information. I did not receive any response other than "I am checking into your order." I am assuming that my order was either lost or never processed because I received my item almost 1 month after I ordered it. The reciept for my item was dated as being processed and shipped two days before I received it. The class that I needed my book for is now complete (it was only a six week course) and the book I ordered is useless. It is still in the plastic packaging.

This book helps me understand which topics i should focus on. It also helps me a lot with knowing definitions and recalling information from each chapter. It is a great tool for physical examination and health assessment. I would definitely recommend it to other nursing students.
