This book was the bomb Celess and Tina were great characters and this book was good and i had not read any other reviews because it takes from books to me because all reviews are not always truthful but it was a page turner and guess what it has been made into a play so some others must think it was decent to actually make a play out of it.

Yeah its a secret alright!, 2008-09-02
I really would've given this book at least 3.5 stars. It was ok, but not the most exciting. I don't like books that have all the designer clothing name dropping, and seems like everytime these divas went out, we got their full wardrobe down to their Vicky Secrets, but I overlooked this, or at least tried. There was at least one secret that I wasn't expecting, and once that one was told...I was eager to read more! I can't believe the ending and can't wait to read the sequel.

I enjoyed this book, even though I don't know how they pulled it off. I am going to get Never Enough because I would love to find out what goes on next.

One of the best urban novels ever!, 2008-06-15

Secret Society is a FANTASTIC read! It is one of the most enjoyable urban novels that I have ever read. Miasha is a great new talent! The main character Celess is truly unique- she is a gold digger who is hiding an explosive secret that could get her killed or seriously harmed. What's her secret? I'll give you a hint: she is not all that she appears to be. I don't want to ruin the book for you, but Celess is a beautiful woman who is used to playing men for her own gain. Celess is an unconventional character, who the reader feels sympathy for, despite the fact that she is living a lie. Miasha does a fantastic job of creating a sympathetic character who is very different from conventional main characters. I loved this read and I can't wait for the sequel.

"Secret Society" is a novel about people keeping secrets. Not your average secret but a major life changing secret. A secret that can get you killed!!
Celess and Tina are fly, sexy and PAID divas. Men have no problem spending major cash on these two ladies. Cars, trips, houses, designer clothes and more ...nothing is too much for these two. Working men is their job and it pays well.
However Celess and Tina both have a secret that is so shocking, so unbelievable, so jaw dropping...that it will leave you speechless.
This secret society makes me wonder what's really beneath people's clothing??? And ladies it should make us all question our husbands and boyfriends....
