 Liked "Wicked Intent" and "Sacrifice" was... well... just keep on reading and I'll explain, 2009-01-04
The first story, "Wicked Intent", I thought was quite good. This being only the second book I've read by Lora Leigh (previously read Forbidden Pleasure which I definitely recommend), I was caught unawares that this involved (**small spoiler**) a menage as the product description doesn't really explain this quite clearly. Apart from this I found the story engaging. I did feel Devril's character wasn't very well rounded so I sorta wished to know more about him and for his relationship with Tally be deeper. I felt that she mostly knew Lucian and not him. There was one thing that turned me off a bit, and maybe it's that I'm a bit of a prude perhaps, but the piercings Tally had (or more like where they were located) really made me shudder. Other than that, good story overall.
Now for "Sacrifice". Maybe I was in overwhelmed with the previous story and all the sex scenes, but I just found the story too.. well... sexual. I mean it was all sex, sex, sex. I understand that's the point of an erotica novel but I was expecting a little more interaction between the two that didn't involve sex. Just felt Jared's relationship with Kimberly seemed like two dogs in heat. Jared spent most of the story with walking around with a hard-on and Kimberly's nipples rarely stayed down. On top of that there's anal sex. While I was -okay- with it in the other stories, in this one it became obvious to me, or at least I couldn't help but think, that Leigh has some sort of obsession with anal sex. Again, maybe I'm a bit of a prude in relation to this, but I simply can't imagine it being THAT pleasurable for a woman. Well at least not in my point of view. Mmm.
I enjoyed the stories for the most part. As you can see though, I had quite a few quibbles about some stuff here and there. All in all, I would recommend it.

Lora Leigh is a wonderful author. This series is well written, compelling and engrossing. You won't want the books to end.

This series gets hotter with every book and it makes it really hard to put down. The story line was good and the sex was phenomanal.

Lora Leigh's Bound Hearts series never fails to deliver. Wicked Sacrifice includes both Wicked Intent(book 4) and Sacrifice(book 5). Both stories are steaming hot and leaves you wanting even more. It always amazes me when Lora Leigh is able to write such detailed characters even in a short story.

i THOUGHT the back was a little deceiving.The first story should have stated (SPOILER)it was about 2 men that she has feelings for i dont mind that it is but i was just expecting one guy. 2nd story i like as well GOOD read.
