Exceptional Insight for Small and Middle Management, 2005-08-06 Don't let the size of the book deceive you. I have found more useful information in it than books five times it's size. Mr. Ballard gives you the how to knowlege to be extremely effective if your role is in middle management. What is amazing is that most critical operations and the success of most companies take place in this area of management and yet he is the only writer and lecturer who covers this critical area of managment. His is a must read for people in this area of business. You will find information needed to unite people, to inspire people and to get people to buy in to your companies success. He makes something complex, easy, and covers all the critical areas. If you are in this level of management, with this information, your days will go smoother, you will have more fun at your job and you can probably look forward to a pay raise. I liked the book and I know you will to. Sincerely, Robert M. Smith, Officescape, Sr. Manager of Sales
