Book is alright, if you really want a budgeting kit get: The Budget Kit: The Common Cents Money Management Workbook , it really spells everything out for you.

Great Little Book, 2006-05-09
This book is VERY straightforward, and very practical. There is NO fluff here! I looked at other budget workbooks and they were packed with forms and worksheets and not much advise. This book has only the necessary worksheets and the rest is good solid advise. This book is not overwhelming at all, it's very doable for anyone. This book is all about keeping it simple. Great work.
