 Everything you need to know, 2008-11-25
If you do this study as suggested, you will have a very powerful insight into the bible and God's love in about 8 weeks. It talks about about what God has done for us and what he promises in the future. The book will help you grow from a baby Christian into a mature Christian. It will arm you with enough knowledge that you can help others to find out who God is for themselves.

 Bible Study - good foundation for your faith, 2008-11-13
This is a good primer for study on living the Christian life. Chapters are brief, with some helpful illustrations included, to help guide you in your understanding and application. Each topic covers good questions that will deepen your study in God's Word. Certainly, there are other bible studies that go much deeper, but for a new Christian it can be helpful, and assist you in growing in maturity in Christ. We've suggested the book as a bible study resource to others.

great for organized group bible study, 2006-03-01
there is a lot of scripture look up, but this allows for in depth analysis of the bible. not a lot of commentary (just scripture look up & questions for you to answer on your own), but this doesn't matter if you're using this with an organized bible study group with a good leader who can help you answer questions if you're stuck.

Handbook for Christian Maturity, 2000-06-22
We have been using this book as a resource for a Bible study. We have found that the text is very simple to understand and the questions are very thought provoking. It also has questions that require you to think about. There is no right or wrong answer to these questions. Sometimes you just need to take the time to think about and then write out your answer so that you can have a visual and that can cause you to reevaluate your thinking. We have really appreciated the authors insight and ability to use Scripture so effectively. It has really helped in our Christian growth!
