 Absolutely Love this Book!!!, 2008-06-02
This is the only book I felt compelled to review because I love it! I read it cover to cover! I have only been married for almost 8yrs and this has ideas that ALL ages and levels of relationships can use! I think that is where the idea to list the top romantic songs from past generations came from. I highlighted so many parts I had to get a new highlighter! One of the reasons I am so grateful to this book is because one of the many ideas was to subscribe to the magazine Marriage which has really opened my eyes to a lot of things. But other than that the book has tons of little ideas that cost next to nothing, if anything at all. Someone else mentioned that it gives little love notes in different languages, this was fun, as I was reading the book I would send my husband the note in a different language via a txt. He would look it up and send one back. I love this book!

A WONDERFUL book!, 2007-07-18
I bought this book a while back as a reference book for unique and creative ideas. I fell in love with the book because it is full of things that I've never thought of doing and I consider myself to be a creative person when it comes to relationships. I love this book so much that I've bought copies and given them to at least 6 different friends and couples. They too loved the book. This makes a great gift for couples. While the book is intended for romantic relationships, I think that EVERYONE will find something useful in this book for any relationship. This book is definitely a winner!

 Ok, so not all of these ideas will work...but very creative, 2007-05-26
I bought this as a gift for a boyfriend....a subtle hint....would you agree? We got a good laugh...
It's a very cute book with a lot of good ideas. I always try to find creative ways to show people I care about them- so I liked this book.

Great ideas, 2005-09-09
I tried the idea of flying the Concorde to Paris. Okay, so the Concorde isn't flying anymore. But the 757 did get us there. We had a great time. She came from work Friday and I wisked her off to the airport without telling her where we were going. And then we board first class. She was blown away. Champagne was served...along with Caviar. Then we had a wonderful 3 days in Paris. It is something we will never forget. And then I woke up..............

Want to create a truly 'special' gift?, 2005-07-16
Although I did buy this book, I didn't read it. Instead, I bought it as an excellent way to deliver a surprise birthday gift (a diamond necklace) to my girlfriend. It was easy, creative and very well received. Here's what to do:
1. Buy the book and use a red Sharpie to draw a line through the last 0 (zero) in 10,000. Write in a 1 underneath the last zero you just drew a line through (so it now reads "10,001)
2. Cut a hole out of the center pages of the book and place your special gift inside the cutout area. (in my case, I took the card that held the necklace out of the jewelry box and put it in a perfectly sized hole). Note: if you're careful in opening the book and cutting, the recipient will not have a clue there is anything inside it.
3. Write out a Post-it note card with "Number 10,001" (and whatever other message you'd like to add) and stick it over the hole.
4. Wrap up the book and deliver it to your special someone. In my case, my girlfriend unwrapped it and (since it is, after all, a love book) thanked me...even though she had to be wondering why I'd buy her such a lame birthday gift. I finally told her that she might want to check out Number 10,001. She opened it and was very pleased!
