Totally Worthless, 2004-08-05 This book is nothing more than a self-promotional infomercial for Mr. Neal, who paid a large settlement to the Securities & Exchange Commission arising from his Exchange Bank & Trust Company scam, and then was indicted and sold out his clients to the DOJ in exchange for a lighter 1-year prison sentence (...).However, it is pretty funny to read the writings of somebody who in the end sold out their own clients write about offshore secrecy and privacy!

The latest info on the subject, easy to understand, 2001-11-10 As marketing manager for 2milebay.com (an offshore services company) I have searched the world for the best book to offer. This is it. Terry does a great job explaining the issues and helping you to understand how to set up your own offshore strategy. Must reading if you're serious about this!

First look offshore, 2001-10-17 Very eye opening for my first experience in the whole offshore world. There are some very interesting ideas that takes reading a few times to really understand. The book, as most books, won't tell you the actual "how to" that I wanted. However, you can learn the basic ground work for getting involved offshore. I still use the book as a reference for dealing with ideas and strategies. Lot of good offshore reference information too.

US vs. Offshore Accounts, 2001-02-21 Mr. Neal has four sections, the last one being an appendix. His first section talks about "The Problem": global thinking, the legal threats to assets and privacy, banking and the Federal Reserve. It was interesting to read about how our information and assets are open to the public and government. Mr. Neal wanted to describe how this open information is a threat to our assets, funds, privacy and well-being. His second section talks about "Decisive information": writes mainly about offshore trends, answers to frequently asked questions, fraudulent transfers and the ultimate question of who should go offshore. His third section explains the various strategies of offshore banking: privacy, dealing with your offshore bank, etc. On chapter 16 it has a directory of offshore banks. Included with the names of the various offshore banks are brief descriptions of their locations, advantages, disadvantages and information about opening an account. I gave this book a three star rating because I found the books content to be very descriptive on the issues within the United States (governments, privacy, taxation, fund accumulation, etc.) and not enough information on how to take action and implement. Have fun reading!

A Total Waste of Time & Money, 2000-11-14 Just do a search on the internet and you'll have more information than this sales pitch has to offer and save money. Seldom have I seen such a worthless book.
