Energy Tapping, 2008-08-30
I had post trauma stress disorder from my sons accident and could not get the image of his badly damaged leg out of my mind day or when I lay down at night....For months I had prayed for God to remove it, I used counter thought messaging to no avail. I knew God could but many times he wants us to use tools he has given use to heal and balance our body.. I knew the benefits of acupressure and balancing of our body and it energies.... When I saw this book I said WOW! I bought it and went through the post trauma stress disorder steps always beginning each phrase with [God] not [I] help me accept myself even though I'M upset about what happened and the continued steps
It was unbelievable after only 4 times of going through the steps I no longer had the horrible picture vivid in my mind anymore.... I truly recommend this book with always putting God at the beginning of each phrase!!!!

Over all a very good book if you are looking for an alternative to certain medications. Eventhough it was great to read the detailed explainations, I wish the author included a list of breif steps, or short cuts if you will. I know there has got to be a better way to help you fall asleep and rest.

This book presents an easy way that even a skeptic can use and get results in dealing with issues that have posed emotional barriers within your life. A must read for anyone who is trying to overcome trauma on any level.

Good stuff - IF you use it, 2008-02-10
Having done EFT for years using only the [...] site, I ordered this book for a friend (who tends not to value anything one can get for free). My purchase was sight unseen (other than the look inside feature) and based on reviews of others. The friend read the book and raved about how great it was. But never really applied the technique. Probably less to do with the book than the friend not being ready to clear his issues. You can lead a horse to water...

I was searching for information about tapping, this book gives a good perspective and extends beyond the free EFT information. Very useful to me in increasing my knowledge about tapping.
