I have not read through the whole book yet but so far it is very insightful and holds a great deal of useful information. I recommend this book to anyone interested in this field, it benefits college level to change-in-careers levels. It really covers a wide net.

A very good start for breaking into the field, 2006-11-03
with all the information and associations/organizations training and informing about the vast field of fitness, this book breaks it down and gives a well written and concise description of the various areas of fitness instruction and training. It covers all aspects of gaining employment in the field and does a good job.
