A Practical and Inspiring Sales Handbook!, 2008-08-17 Applause to Mr. Jeffrey Knott for creating a concise, well written guide book that truly explains the dynamics involved in selling automobiles. Filled with inspiring and profound quotes, a touch of humor, and an analysis of the human psyche as it pertains to the selling/purchasing of a car, From Zero to Hero is well worth the investment!
The book truly offers invaluable tips and insight on how to succeed at every phase of the selling process, while also being sensitive to the needs and desires of the customer. Many of the lessons within could pertain to assisting customers in any market. I hope the author continues sharing his expertise by writing another book on the subject - I'd buy it without question.

A must read for a sales person, 2008-07-12 I sell Life insurance and was thinking about switching over to selling cars so I bought this book to kinda get a feel of the business before just jumping in head first.Now let me just say this, I've been in sales since I was 22 years old, I am now 40, and consider myself a very good sales person and have over 50 books on sales in my personal library. This book in my opinion is the best one I have ever read on the topic of sales. You do not necessarily have to sell cars to learn a great deal from this book. But if you do sell cars, or if you want to, Then you just simply have to get yourself a copy of this book and read it and reread it.

Engaging book that covers all basics of Automobile Sales!, 2008-05-27 Reading the book is very easy and it covers all the basics of the art of selling. As an automobile sales instructor I found a very solid base of information in the book and also picked out quite a few new techniques and ideas to share in my classroom.

So so, 2008-05-12 A bit vague and decptive in its claims. Nothing is in depth. Smells of inspirational speakers and infomercials. But there is some substance in there... about 20 pages or so. The great thing is you can read the whole thing in less than an hour - unless you have a taste for cheesy lines and vague promises.

This is the most mind-blowing book on car sales i've ever read in my life.
From Zero to Hero is inspiration in pure form.
Jeff has just converted me into a New religion -- CAR SALES.
I came to car business in August 2006. And i could not get a sales job,
the only thing they offered to me was a lot guy position.
After a year i managed to get a used car salesman position
and was fired after 2 months for "spinning the ups".
Moved to a new car dealer and on a second month became a Salesman of the Month.
My new manager fired me for not TO ing. And he said that i'm not cut out as a salesman and i have a lack of communicational skills.
But i dont give up, with THIS book i can go through the walls. It boosted my confiedence tremendously. I even bought two copies of THIS book... in case I wear one out.
They say you can't buy youself happiness ... wrong !!!!!
I just bought it for less than 20$!!!!!
