I was disappointed in this cd. The speaker moves too quickly to the light visions and didn't give me enough time to relax my mind and body.

Great resource for physicians, 2004-01-26
As a family practice physician, I see many patients suffering from stress and anxiety. This CD has been a wonderful tool to teach my patients how to truly relax. The guided imagery is very soothing, and appeals to a broad audience. I highly recommend this product.

My five year old was bouncing off the walls, I convinced him to sit with me to listed to a new cd. After only about 3 minutes he was border line asleep. I highly recommend the cd, perfect for any age.

Perfect for sleep...very relaxing, 2004-01-04
I love to listen to Sheri Menelli's Light Meditation CD before bed. I find it very relaxing and it helps me to sleep. I practice the light medition in the middle of the night if I find that I can't sleep. It automatically clears my mind and allows me to get a restful sleep. I am new to meditation and find it very easy to relax and learn to meditate.

Incredible!, 2003-12-16
Listening to Light Meditation has given me a level of relaxation I have never before experienced. It can be used in daily life and is a wonderful gift for someone going through a stressful time. In fact, Sheri Menelli distributed many copies of these CD's to victims of the recent California firestorms here in San Diego knowing that the meditation would help to restore their peace and balance in a chaotic time. I am sure it did a world of good. I highly recommend this to anyone who could use a few moments of true relaxation and peace in their day!
