From the supplier: Montgomery County Circuit Judge Charles Price has triggered a potentially bitter politico-religious uproar across Alabama by ruling that Etowah County Circuit Judge Roy Moore must take down a Ten Commandments display in the County courtroom. The case involved Alabama versus the American Civil Liberties Union. In a separate ruling, Price held that Moore must stop leading prayers that reflect a denominational preference at the opening of his jury sessions. Moore has publicly refused to obey both orders. Alabama Gov. Fob James has threatened to use military force to defend Moore's action's.
