This is the book to get for anyone contemplating bankruptcy as it contains an overview of the changes being made to the bankruptcy laws that have been proposed and are about to be passed by congress.

This book is written with clarity and humor enabling the reader to get through all the complex information with ease. I actually enjoyed reading it and when I finished I knew exactly how to proceed with my financial problems.

This book was completely worthless to me. It has no specific information about how to file bankruptcy or avoid it. If you need someone to pat you on the back and say "everything will be all right" but not offer any constructive solutions, then this might just be the book for you. For those with more substance in mind, I would suggest one of the NOLO books. They actually know what they are talking about.
