My mother and father sold a life estate to my sister granting her full possession,benefit and use of, there home and 4 tracts of land not attached to the home each with there own deed with remainder over at her death to me and my 4 brothers .the heirs, Executors, and administrator's are to warrant and defend all said premises to my sister her heirs and assigns. The question I have can the four pieces of land not attached to the home but are included in the life estate be sold off if me and my brother are all in agreement including my sister
