Coffee, Sugar, and Cocoa Exchange Definition
A futures exchange formed in 1979 through a merger of the orginal Coffee and Sugar Exchange and the Cocoa Exchange. The CSCE merged in 2003 with the New York Cotton Exchange to form the New York Board of Trade.
