Escrow Agreement is a document issued by a bank that guarantees that the securities or other assets of value listed in it are deposited at that particular bank. The deposit can be a deed, stock, money, or written instrument, that is put into the custody of the bank by its owner, and needs to be retained until the occurrence of an event described in the agreement.
