Interim Financing refers to a type of short term loans. It is usually provided for less than three years. Interim financing is used when the borrower is not able to arrange long-term financing. This loan is often made during production or construction and is utilized to gain time for financial conditions to improve. Then it can be replaced with long term type of financing.
