Swap Curve is a graphical representation of the market LIBOR rates for maturities under one year. LIBOR rates are interest rates used by banks when they borrow money from each other. LIBOR is applied for short-term borrowing of banks with high credit ratings. The graph describes the cost of money for these banks.
