Trickle Down Theory

Trickle Down Theory Definition

Trickle Down Theory means an economic theory that states that the government should stimulate the economy through investing money in companies and giving them tax cuts. The theory believes that financial benefits granted to big businesses and wealthy investors help raise production and salaries, thus pass down to all levels of society, to smaller businesses and consumers as well.
