Public fiscal administration refers to structures and processes of public revenue administration and expenditure. It includes governmental policies and organizations of taxation, resource allocation, budgeting, and debt management. Public fiscal administration also includes accounting and controlling the above mentioned processes as well as appointing and supervising fiscal officers responsible for them.
