In case of f & O transaction how the turnover is calculated for Tax Audit Purpose?

Turnover of F&O transactions is calculated through aggregation of profits and losses. F&O transactions are considered as non-speculative business transactions, similarly to any regular business. Any loss from F&O transactions is eligible to be set off against income from other sources, such as interest income, but is not eligible to be set off against salary income.
