What is a call account?

A call account is an investment account that earns higher interest than an ordinary account, but the money deposited is available on demand. The owner of the account has to ask the bank a short time before if he or she wants to take money out.

Call account is suitable for investments without a fixed term, as there is no defined investment period. You can invest your funds in the money market indefinitely.
